My name is Leendert and I was born in Rotterdam in Swampyland on 28 May 1968.
Who am I?
I am a little bit old-fashioned and I love things from the past, old series like All Creatures Great And Small and On The Buses, mechanical wristwatches, bi-focal glasses, the old Pub Clock in the living room and vinyl records on my Garrard record player for example. I like shiny rings, bracelets and necklaces. I am not very keen on modern things except for my computer.
What else do I like?
II sometimes work on an old model railway and I love classic old English films in which nothing really happens such as To Sir, With Love from 1967.
What do I write?
I write blogs which I share at my website, usually about the things that keep me busy and I write English contemporary poetry about my life, my faith in God, nature, love and more.
